A. Shipping Costs and Information:

Standard shipping of goods is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be handled by reliable logistics partners.

I. Shipping within Germany:

• Standard Shipping: For orders up to a value of €299.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.95.

• Free Shipping: For orders with a value of €299.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free.

(Note: We currently do not offer shipping to German islands, cash on delivery, or international shipping).

II. Shipping outside Germany

Shipping to countries outside Germany is currently not available.

B. Delivery Times

Since the products are custom-made for you and go into production exclusively after the order is received, the delivery time is generally 6 - 12 working days after receipt of payment.

B. Track & Trace

Shipping is securely packaged to the desired delivery address. As soon as the order leaves the warehouse or printing facility, an email with the tracking number will be sent for convenient tracking of the delivery status.
